KME ACQUIRES 100% CONTROL OF TRÉFIMÉTAUX SAS

Following up to its press release issued on 12th March 2019, KME SE informs that it has executed the agreement signed on 11th March 2019 with ECT-European Copper Tubes Limited, after fulfillment of the conditions precedent envisaged therein, to purchase 49% shareholding in Tréfimétaux SAS and, therefore, obtain again 100% share control of such a company
