Indoor cleanliness guaranteed
The inner surface of the tube is shiny, clean and dry, ideal for industrial applications and for optimal integration with plant terminal elements. Each roll is sealed with caps during production to preserve its cleanliness until installation.

The manufacturing process of SMISOL® Frio ensures perfect adhesion of the sheathing to the copper pipe, preventing harmful gaps and ensuring consistent thermal performance over time.
Key Features
It is the copper pipe manufactured according to EN 12735-1 (and ASTM B 68/M), and is pre-insulated with closed-cell expanded polyethylene of regular and evenly distributed dimensions (EN ISO 1578). It is distributed in rolls, having the dimensions of the pipe diameter in millimeters. The insulation sheathing is produced in full compliance with European Regulation REG. (EU) 2024/590, which requires the use of expanded insulation sheathing without the use of CFCs and HCFCs, gases that are harmful to health and the environment. The sheath thickness is also sized to meet the multiple requirements of this application area. In view of the special specificity of the field of use, special attention is paid to the outer polyethylene protective film aimed at preventing the formation of condensation on the outer wall of the product.
