Solderless drawn copper tube in coils with overlapping coils
LWC coils made of drawn seamless copper tube (DHP or PHC alloys), in light or soft annealed state, supplied in single coils of 135, 200 or 400 kg. Standardized diameters, central dewinding in both directions, available bare or wrapped, on pallets and in horizontal or vertical orientation as requested.

Specifications
Supply of overlapping coils (LWC - Level Wound Coils) in solderless drawn copper tube, made of DHP or PHC alloy, with light annealed (Y040) or soft annealed physical state. Each standard batch is 2,800 kg divided into individual reels weighing 135, 200 or 400 kg. The coils have an inner diameter of 610 mm, an outer diameter between 1,050 and 1,150 mm, and a variable height: 200 mm, 250 mm, 270 mm, 290 mm or 320 mm. De-winding from the center can be clockwise or counterclockwise. Reels can be supplied either bare or wrapped, placed on pallets of 3 to 6 pieces each, with pallet sizes of 1,080 mm or 1,200 mm. The axis of the reels can be horizontal or vertical, according to the customer's specifications.
