Seamless, drawn copper tube, produced in accordance with EN 12735-1, R220 annealed physical status, phosphorised Cu DHP (Cu + Ag : 99.90% min. – P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, cleaning treatment of the internal surface of the tube in line with with EN 12735-1 e ASTM B280 with soluble residue of less than 0.38 mg/dm2, shiny aspect of internal surface, indelible labelling every 60 cm with punching of the external surface of the copper tube, covered at the production stage with a PE-LD closed cell expansion insulation, white RAL 9010 colour, heat conductivity λ ≤ 0,038 W/mk, protected by antiUV PE film in silver grey colour, average value of the water vapour diffusion resistance factor “μ” above 15000, ink labelling on the external surface of the insulation with progressive indication of the measurement in metres with SMISOL® Clim Platinum label, Resistance to fire is class BL-s1-d0, capped at the ends.

Seamless, drawn copper tube, produced in accordance with EN 12735-1 and EN 13348, R220 annealed physical status, phosphorised Cu DHP (Cu + Ag : 99.90% min. – P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, cleaning treatment of the internal surface of the tube in line with with EN 12735-1 and ASTM B280 with soluble residue of less than 0.38 mg/dm2 and a lubricating residue lower than 0.02 mg/dm2 in line with EN 13348, shiny aspect of internal surface, indelible labelling every 60 cm with punching of the external surface of the copper tube, capped at the ends. The copper tubes are packed in cardboard boxes and come complete with a documentation that gaurantees it can be traced. Each box can be identified with specific adhesive labels placed on each extremity, displaying the identification number of the box; this number is also shown on an adhesive label placed on each tube.

Seamless drawn copper tube, produced in accordance with EN 1057, R220 annealed physical status, phosphorised Cu DHP (Cu + Ag : 99.90% min. – P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, treatment of pre-passivation on the internal surface of the tube with a carbon residue of less than 0.06 mg/dm2, indelible labelling every 60 cm with punching of the external surface of the copper tube, CE labelled in compliance with EU Regulation 305/2011 for construction products (CPR). The tubing, used for the transportation of domestic gas, must correspond with the dimensional characteristis imposed by the UNI 7129.
Seamless, drawn copper tube, produced in accordance with EN 1057, R290 crude physical status, phosphorised Cu DHP (Cu + Ag : 99,90% min. – P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, treatment of pre-passivation on the internal surface of the tube, indelible labelling every 60 cm with punching of the external surface of the copper tube, CE labelled in compliance with EU Regulation 305/2011 for construction products (CPR). The tubing, used for the transportation of domestic gas, must correspond with the dimensional characteristis imposed by the UNI 7129.

Seamless, drawn copper tube, produced in accordance with EN 1057, R220 annealed physical status, phosphorised Cu DHP (Cu + Ag : 99.90% min. – P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, treatment of pre-passivation on the internal surface of the tube with a carbon residue of less than 0.06 mg/dm2, indelible labelling every 60 cm with punching of the external surface of the copper tube, produced in compliance with the measures set out in UNI 7129, covered at the production stage with a PVC insulation with star shaped section, yellow RAL 1003 colour, covering thickness of 1.5mm complying with UNI 10823 standard with insulation electric resistance equal to or greater than 100 MWm2, specific for the transportation of gas for domestic use in underground areas as foreseen by UNI 7129, ink labelling on the external surface of the insulation with progressive indication of the measurement in metres with SMISOL® Gas label.

Seamless, drawn copper tube, produced in accordance with UNI 11342, R220 annealed physical status, phosphorised Cu DHP (Cu + Ag : 99.90% min. – P: 0.015÷0.040%) according to EN 1412, treatment of pre-passivation on the internal surface of the tube with a carbon residue of less than 0.06 mg/dm2, permanently covered at the production stage with PE-RT white RAL 9010 colour, pre-insulated at the production stage with closed cell expansion insulation in PE-LD grey RAL 7035 colour, protected by PE film in grey RAL 7035 colour, heat conductivity λ ≤ 0,040 W/mk, resistance to the diffusion of water level µ > 9,000, indeliblelabelling on the external surface of the insulation with progressive indication of the measurement in metres, with Strato label and indications of the reference standard, Cat. 1 fire resistant (Ministerial Decree 26/06/84).
