INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

We inform you that the personal data you provide as a Customer will be processed by SERRAVALLE COPPER TUBES S.R.L. which, as Data Controller, has implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure their protection.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • execution of the sales contract and management of the contractual relationship (order management, invoicing, shipping, after-sales assistance);
  • compliance with legal, regulatory and community obligations (e.g. accounting, tax);
  • management of credits and commercial relationships;
  • sending commercial communications relating to products and services similar to those covered by the contract (soft spam), unless you object;
  • management of complaints and disputes.

Categories of data processed

We process the following personal data: personal and contact data (name, surname, company name, address, phone, email, VAT number, Tax Code), data relating to orders and commercial transactions, banking and payment data.

Data retention

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for the period provided for by applicable legislation (e.g. accounting and tax obligations).

Communication and dissemination of data

Your data may be communicated to: consultants and professionals who assist the Company, service providers (e.g. transport, hosting), public authorities when required by law. Data will not be disseminated.

Data subject rights

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to processing, request data portability.
