PRIVACY NOTICE - SUPPLIERS AND EXTERNAL COLLABORATORS

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

We inform you that the personal data you provide as a Supplier or External Collaborator will be processed by SERRAVALLE COPPER TUBES S.R.L. which, as Data Controller, has implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure their protection.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • management of contractual and administrative relationships with suppliers (purchase order management, invoicing, payments);
  • compliance with legal, regulatory and community obligations (e.g. accounting, tax, anti-money laundering);
  • management of supplier qualifications and certifications;
  • management of relationships with external collaborators and consultants;
  • evaluation and selection of suppliers;
  • management of complaints and disputes.

Categories of data processed

We process the following personal data: personal and contact data (name, surname, company name, address, phone, email, VAT number, Tax Code), banking and payment data, data relating to professional qualifications and certifications, data relating to services provided.

Data retention

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for the period provided for by applicable legislation (e.g. accounting, tax and anti-money laundering obligations).

Communication and dissemination of data

Your data may be communicated to: consultants and professionals who assist the Company, service providers (e.g. transport, hosting), public authorities when required by law, KME group companies. Data will not be disseminated.

Data subject rights

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to processing, request data portability.
